Editing, Color Correction, and Effects for Sleep Tight
I worked on all of the visuals for actor/director Kaylynn Raschke's standard definition short Sleep Tight. I edited the project in Final Cut Pro, created various visual effects using After Effects and Combustion, and color-corrected the entire program in Color. All source media was DV-25.
Creatively, on-set lighting was manipulated in post to create higher contrast then the original video delivered, and to reduce background lighting to create moodier compositions. Color balance was adjusted from scene to scene to shift the mood from warmer, more romantic tones at the beginning, to cooler, more eerie looks towards the end.
